Chiropractic care can support more than just pain relief. Personalized care is designed to improve movement, mobility, and nervous system function while supporting your body’s ability to adapt and function at its best.

My Approach

I believe chiropractic care should be personalized to the individual, not based on a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand your health history, concerns, lifestyle, and goals to create care that supports the way your body moves and functions.

My approach is intentional and goes beyond adjustments. Depending on your individual needs, care may incorporate hands-on adjustments, activator techniques, muscle and soft tissue work, mobility exercises, and rehabilitation.

My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and get back to doing the things you love with confidence in your body.

What Chiropractic Care Can Support

Whether you're looking for relief from discomfort, recovering from an injury, or simply want to move and function better, your care will be tailored to your individual needs and goals.

What to Expect

Your Initial Visit

45–60 minutes

Your first visit is about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals before completing an individualized assessment. We’ll then begin personalized care based on your needs, which may include chiropractic adjustments, activator or other instrument-assisted techniques, soft tissue and muscle work, and rehabilitation exercises.

Follow Up Visits

30 minutes

Follow-up visits allow us to check in on your progress and how your body is responding. Care may include chiropractic adjustments, activator or other instrument-assisted techniques, soft tissue and muscle work, mobility exercises, and rehabilitation, depending on your individual needs.

We’ll continue to adjust your care as you progress and provide tools you can use outside of the office.
