My Approach

My goal is simple: to help women understand their bodies, uncover the root causes of their symptoms, and give them the support they need to thrive.

I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal and flourish when given the right support. I want to create a space where women feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

My Story

My passion for functional women’s health began long before I became a doctor. As a teenager, I struggled with my own menstrual cycle and was repeatedly told that my symptoms were “normal.” The only solution I was offered was birth control. While I know birth control can be an appropriate option in some cases, it was not the right solution for me. I wanted to understand why my body was struggling in the first place.

That experience sparked a curiosity that led me to dive into nutrition, wellness, and natural medicine. As I learned more about supporting the body naturally, I began to see profound changes in my own health and felt better than I ever had—physically and mentally. More importantly, I discovered a passion that would ultimately shape my career: helping women understand their bodies, uncover the root causes of their symptoms, and feel empowered in their health.

My Background & Education

From the beginning of my education, I knew I wanted to practice functional medicine. I chose chiropractic as the foundation for my education because I wanted a strong understanding of the body, the nervous system, and how every system of the body is interconnected and works together as a whole. Throughout chiropractic school, I continued to pursue additional education in functional medicine and women’s reproductive health so I could provide the comprehensive, root-cause care I envisioned.

Early in my schooling, I had the privilege of training directly with Dr. Jennifer Mercier, founder of Mercier Therapy and a pioneer in natural fertility and women’s health. Inspired by her work, I completed a fellowship in Functional Women’s Reproductive Health through her mentorship.

Learning directly from Dr. Mercier gave me a deeper understanding of the many factors that can influence reproductive health and introduced me to a hands-on approach that I plan to incorporate into my fertility care. I’m honored to bring this specialized training to women in the Fox Valley as part of a personalized, whole-body approach to women’s health and fertility.

A Little More About Me

I grew up in Seymour, Wisconsin, and I’m excited to be building my practice in the Fox Valley and serving women in the community I call home.

Movement has always been a big part of my life. Over the past few years, that has included training for and running multiple marathons, while also enjoying strength training, pilates, yoga, long walks, and staying active outdoors.

When I’m not moving, I love spending time with my family and friends, cooking, reading, practicing meditation, and enjoying my skincare routine. I also have a soft spot for reality TV (my guilty pleasure) and spending time with my cat, Donna, and my dog, Stewie.
